Who can become a member of Day Air Credit Union?
Anyone who lives, works or worships in Miami, Montgomery, Greene, CLark, Champaign, Butler and Warren Counties.

Can members initiate a Share Certificate online?
Yes, members can e-mail their request, utilizing the SHARE CERTIFICATE FORM, and a certificate will be created. Members can also contact a member service representative, and we can create the Certificate over the phone.

What is the name of the club designed especially for newborns through age 12?

Does Day Air offer a checking account that earns dividends?
Our Supreme Checking earns a monthly dividend. A minimum balance of $500 must be maintained to receive dividends. Dropping below this balance may result in a low balance fee being charged. View the current dividend rate.

When can you start a Holiday Club savings account and how often can you contribute to it?
You may start a Holiday Club account at any time. Deposits made throughout the year are transferred to your checking account on the last business day of October. If you need to take money out before that a penalty may be assessed.

What is the name of our "Internet Account Access?"
Personal Credit Union - PCU

Are members charged for accessing their accounts at their convenience through PCU or Telephone Teller?
No. PCU and Telephone Teller are both FREE 24-hour services allowing our members to access their accounts at their convenience.

How can a member apply for a loan?
Day Air provides three easy ways to apply for a loan.

1. You can apply online.
2. You can contact our professional loan call center.
3. You can stop by any of our branches and a loan officer can take your application.

What is the name of the service Day Air offers members to provide asset allocation information, life insurance, disability insurance, and more?
The Financial Planning Center at Day Air Credit Union.  This service provides Day Air members with investment services and advice. Day Air also offers educational workshops and many other financial services related to investing.

If you were interested in online trading, is it available through Day Air's website?
Yes. Members interested in online trading can do so as clients of The Financial Planning Center through our website.

Does Day Air offer first mortgages?

There isn't one! BillPayer is FREE for all members and covers unlimited bill paying!

How can I change my PIN numbers?

• For the PIN number associated with your ATM Card, visit any ATM, and choose the "Other Transaction" option. Typically you will have to choose this option on two, or even three consecutive option menus before the "Change PIN" selection becomes available. From this option simply follow the directions provided by the machine.
• For the PIN number associated with Telephone Teller,
• For the PIN number associated with PCU,
• WHILE THESE PIN NUMBERS MAY BE THE SAME, THEY ARE INDEPENDENT OF ONE ANOTHER! Thus, if you want to change all three PIN numbers, you must follow the steps listed for changing each PIN number.
