Credit Card Disclosure

Your credit card account will be governed by the terms of the agreement that is sent with all credit cards. This disclosure information is accurate as of November 1, 2003, but may have changes. I understand that if I am applying for the Visa Platinum and it is determined that I do not qualify; I may be issued either a Visa Gold or Visa Classic. A share Secured Visa will require me to maintain a sub-savings account balance equal to the credit card limit. Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all credit worthy customers and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request.

The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.

*A default interest rate adjustment will be applied to your entire balance if we do not receive your minimum monthly payment, as calculated by the terms of your account, for two consecutive billing periods. After six (6) consecutive months of good payment history (no delinquency), the entire balance, including promotional rates will revert back to the stated rate.

Due to fraud, the following countries have been blocked from our list of places to accept Day Air Credit Union's credit cards: China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Morocco, North Korea, South Africa, South Korea, Romania, Pakistan, Taiwan, Ukraine, Singapore, and Thailand.
