OUR SYSTEM UPGRADE IS COMPLETE!

This year holds many great changes.  After an extensive evaluation of options, a complete system upgrade was completed the weekend of March 24, 2012.  Hardware upgrades, system changes, and extensive associate training now enables us to bring you even greater service improvements.  New products and services will continue to be introduced throughout the year.

Things you'll want to know:

• Your base account number will remain the same. You may see some changes to your suffix numbers on certain accounts.

• Online Banking users will be given a temporary PIN that will need to be reset the first time the new system is accessed. Learn more. If you get locked out, please contact the credit union by calling 937-643-2160 or email mail@dayair.org.

• Audio Banking users will be given a temporary PIN that will need to be reset the first time the new system is accessed. Learn more.

• Products obtained through the Financial Planning Center (mutual funds, annuities, stocks, etc.) will not be accessible in Online Banking until later 2012. Learn more.

Stay informed! Register your e-mail address.  The best way to keep up with Day Air events is via e-mail. To get "plugged-in," give your e-mail address to a Day Air associate the next time you call or visit!  You can also update your email right from your online banking account through It's Me 247.  Log in and click "Preferences" at the top of the page, then click on "My Personal Information" on the left navigation bar, then click "Edit my Personal Information."
