MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Immediate full-time openings are available for Member Service Representatives.  Duties include assisting customers with their accounts, selling products and services, performing transactions and handling cash.  We are seeking highly-motivated, friendly professionals with the ability to communicate effectively.  Great potential for advancement and career growth.  Customer service experience, sales ability, and Diploma/GED are required.

LENDING & COLLECTIONS MANAGER

Day Air Credit Union seeks experienced professional to manage the Consumer Lending and Collections Department.  Duties include supervising staff, improving functions and productivity, ensuring member service, and developing underwriting and collection processes.  Minimum five years management experience in financial institutions is required, coupled with excellent communication skills and professional demeanour.  Day Air offers competitive pay, benefits, and career development programs.
